THINK TWICE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, refuse orders, limit quantities, suspend accounts, or terminate access to the website at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue any aspect of our website, products, pricing, services, policies, or operations at any time without liability.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, sizing information, colors, graphics, and product imagery. However, actual colors, textures, measurements, and appearances may vary due to screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, photography, lighting conditions, or other factors.

Minor variations shall not be considered defects and shall not constitute grounds for refunds, returns, chargebacks, or compensation.

All product measurements are approximate and subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

3. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

THINK TWICE reserves the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.

Product availability is not guaranteed. In the event of inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, production issues, or operational limitations, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order. Any refund issued shall be limited solely to the amount paid for the unavailable item(s).

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by THINK TWICE.

All orders are subject to verification, review, inventory availability, fraud screening, payment authorization, and operational approval.

THINK TWICE reserves the unrestricted right to accept, reject, cancel, limit, or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud or abuse
Pricing or technical errors
Inventory shortages
Shipping limitations
Multiple orders placed to circumvent purchase limits
Violation of these Terms

No liability shall arise from any order cancellation or refusal.

5. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after successful payment verification.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been placed, it may enter fulfillment immediately and cannot be modified, combined, edited, or cancelled.

Orders are not processed during public holidays, scheduled closures, or operational interruptions.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from India.

Delivery timelines provided on the website, by courier partners, or through customer support are estimates only and do not constitute guarantees.

THINK TWICE shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

Courier partners
Customs procedures
Transportation disruptions
Public holidays
Natural disasters
Weather conditions
Government actions
Labor disputes
High order volumes
Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate and complete.

THINK TWICE shall not be liable for packages lost, delayed, stolen, damaged after delivery, misdelivered due to incorrect customer information, or refused by the recipient.

7. EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.

THINK TWICE does not provide refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Personal preference
Delayed delivery outside our control
Perceived differences in color, texture, fit, or appearance

Size exchanges, where offered, are strictly subject to product availability and approval by THINK TWICE.

Submission of an exchange request does not create any obligation for THINK TWICE to approve or fulfill such request.

THINK TWICE reserves the sole and absolute discretion to accept, reject, limit, or deny any exchange request without explanation.

Where an exchange is approved, customers must comply with all exchange instructions and conditions communicated by THINK TWICE.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the website, including but not limited to logos, artwork, designs, graphics, product concepts, branding, text, photographs, videos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of THINK TWICE and its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, exploited, or used without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

In all circumstances, the maximum aggregate liability of THINK TWICE shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
