Final Sale Items
Products purchased during promotional events are considered final sale items.
These purchases are not eligible for returns, refunds, size exchanges, order modifications, or cancellations unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Limited Availability
Many sale products are offered in restricted quantities and may sell out quickly.
All orders are processed based on stock availability at the time of purchase and are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once a sale item is sold out, restocking is not guaranteed.
Promotional Pricing
Discounted prices are valid only for the duration of the promotional event.
Price adjustments, partial refunds, or retroactive discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the promotion period.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
Changes to Promotional Events
THINK TWICE reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or end any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Such changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and confirmed.
Shipping During High-Demand Periods
Due to increased order volumes during launches, sales, and promotional events, processing and delivery timelines may be longer than usual.
While we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, delays caused by courier services, logistics partners, weather conditions, or other external factors are beyond our control.
